Horse Owner Hoof Trimming class Registration:

 For one week  class  March  30th through April 3rd 2009    ($500)                

 Deposit and registration Must be received by Febuary  30th 2009   .
If class is filled before your application is recieved, your deposit will be returned .
You will be mailed a registration packet incliding free instructional materials, travel and  and lodging information

 I understand that participating in horse activities is inherently dangerous. I agree that I undertake this at my own risk. I understand that I will be required to read and sign a ” hold harmless “ agreement and a copy of the Colorado State Statute # 13-21-119 concerning Equine Liability at beginning of the event.

Deposit amount is non refundable except in instance where class is cancelled. 
Deposit may be transferred to another eligible person in event that original registrant can not attend. Class will not be cancelled due to weather.  In event of cancellation for other reasons, all deposits and tuition fees  will be refunded to the registrant by Hoofcare Specialties LLC . No refunds or reimbursements for lodging, food and travel.
In the unlikely event that listed instructor is ill or otherwise unavailable; a substitute instructor of equal qualification may fill in.
