I understand that participating in horse activities is inherently dangerous. I agree that I undertake this at my own risk. I understand that I will be sent and required to read a copy of the Colorado State Statute # 13-21-119 concerning Equine Liability before the event and sign a ” hold harmless “ agreement.

Deposit amount is non refundable except in instance where class is cancelled.  Class will not be cancelled due to weather.   
You may transfer your deposit or tuition to another person for the same class in event that you can not attend. Hoofcare Specialties must recieve notice of the change and have a registration form signed by the replacement attendee before they arrive.  In event of cancellation for other reasons such as lack of minimum attendance,  all deposits and tuition fees  will be refunded to the registrant by  Hoofcare Specialties LLC . Sorry, No refunds or reimbursements for lodging, food and travel in case class must be cancelled. 
In the unlikely event that listed instructor is ill or otherwise unavailable; a substitute instructor of equal qualification may substitute.
